For our once lovely Waldorf.
Originally this image was going to reflect on the increasing problem of gentrification in Vancouver. Places like the Waldorf grow into awesome cultural hubs in poor low income areas, then developers come in, buy up the land and turn them into condos. However, I had way too much fun drawing the Waldorf itself. So I will have to leave that idea for another time.
For now, this is the way I say good bye. We will miss you.
